Free In-Store Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup at our physical location where this option is available during checkout.

Processing Time: Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days.
Notification: You will receive an “Order Ready for Pickup” email once your order is ready. Please wait for this email before arriving.
What to Bring: Please bring your order-confirmation email in digital or printed form.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Beauty Sunset are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is 6–11 business days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Cut-Off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Beauty Sunset offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

Any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

Shipping Destinations

Beauty Sunset currently ships to valid addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders safely and efficiently. The carrier used for each shipment will be selected at the time of dispatch.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment-confirmation email once your order has shipped, including the available tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please review the tracking information and contact us. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please keep the damaged product and all original packaging while we review your request.
