Free In-Store Pickup

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for our customers at our physical location.

Pickup Address: 461 N Oak St, Inglewood, CA 90302, United States.
Processing Time: Pickup orders are generally ready within 1–2 business days.
Notification: You will receive an "Order Ready for Pickup" email once your items are prepared. Please wait for this email before arriving.
What to bring: Please bring your order confirmation email (digital or printed).

In-store pickup is available where applicable.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed with Beauty Sunset are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email at support@beautysunset.com.

Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time, including processing and transit, is 6–11 business days.

Order Cut-off Time

The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Beauty Sunset offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Beauty Sunset currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. The carrier used for your shipment will be selected at the time of dispatch.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and work with the shipping carrier to resolve it, and provide a replacement or refund where applicable. To assist with your request, please keep all packaging materials and provide photos of the damaged item if possible.
