Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• The item must be purchased directly from beautysunset.com

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the conditions above.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain skincare and beauty products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

We offer free returns for customers within the United States.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print, along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
